A year after the Bradford tyre fire prosecution is being made regarding failure to comply with EA requirements
The operator of the site of a tyre fire in Bradford is to appear in court as a consequence of his actions.
The Environment Agency has now confirmed what action it is taking over the Spring Mill Street fire, which saw hundreds of thousands of tyres burning for days last year.
